Booking Procedure
Confirm in writing the date of the wedding, approximate numbers and timings, accommodation requirements and a deposit of £500.00 (non-refundable).
It is necessary for those guests who require accommodation to advise the hotel as soon as possible. A deposit of £40.00 per room is required.
We will then confirm in writing that we have received your deposit and that your booking has been reserved.
Two months before your reception we require a further deposit of £500.00 and ask that you arrange an appointment to come and discuss your requirements in detail.
Final numbers should be confirmed to us 14 days before. An estimated pro-forma account will be produced and presented for payment one week in advance. This will be based on the numbers that have been confirmed. Additional expenses incurred on the day are payable on departure.
All payments are non-refundable.
