Booking Procedure
Confirm in writing the date of the wedding, approximate numbers and timings, accommodation requirements and a deposit of £500.00 (non-refundable).
It is necessary for those guests who require accommodation to advise the hotel as soon as possible. A deposit of £40.00 per room is required.
We will then confirm in writing that we have received your deposit and that your booking has been reserved.
One month before your reception we require final numbers confirmed to us in writing with the final balance paid no later than two weeks prior to the event and ask that you arrange for the final table plan be presented to us at this time
Final numbers should be confirmed to us 28 days before. An estimated pro-forma account will then be produced and presented for payment two weeks in advanceof the event. This will be based on the numbers that have been confirmed. Additional expenses incurred on the day are payable on departure.
All payments are non-refundable.
